The door to our office…studio..too much ? is made of glas. When you walk up to the door you see if anybody is in the room. If so, you press the handle and open the door. Jesper is currently out to get some food. When he returns, he will think the door is open…press the handle and apply pressure in one swift movement, not thinking the door could be locked..You know the rest…
Will keep you posted…
(Ps. I already started laughing by myself… )
NOTHING HAPPENED….stopped laughing now…

The new volvo C30 landed, and pardon my french, german and chinese, but it’s a fucking beauty.

Forsman & Bodenfors created the campaign called “think outside the box”. As the campaign launched, they didn’t mention volvo. All they showed was a video with Edward de Bono explaining the challenges of creative thinking. Mister de Bobo also created six “thinking hats“. Hats with different color, you place on your head, in order to think differently. I do NOT like Mister de Bono.
If you visit the campaignsite for the C30, you can watc the videos with mister de Bobo…sorry…Bono talking about different problems and the solutions using creative thinking. One of these problems is the increase of traffic in big cities. In the first video, he talks about the problem, and in the next he gives the solution.
Problem : There are to many cars in the streets.
Solution : Take the last number on the licensplate. Even numbers can drive to the city monday, thursday, sunday. Uneven numbers get the other days.
Rewritten it goes like this.
Problem : To many people drive to the city.
Solution :Tell the people they can’t drive to the city as often.
Brilliant….or am I missing the genius of the guy with the paperhats ?

I had the most delightful night. If you add it up I had about 13 minutes of sleep, and that’s about all a real trooper needs…
I live in an old building, so if you as much as say the words minus degree, the pipes start popping like there’s no tomorrow. Around midnight the first one popped under the sidewalk just beneath my window. All in all it looked like a shitty reproduction of the Trevi fountain.

An hour later a lot of cars arrived and people started running around. This went on for about two hours. They used a lot of heavy equipment, and screams…(they can NOT work without the screaming)…they settled a bit down when a guy yelled “Shut the fuck up…It’s feels like I’m sleeping inside a giant loudspeaker” out his window.
Basically this went on until 6-7 AM. My favourite time was around 3. Two guys standing on each side of the street, having a conversation like this…
Guy 1 “NOW?”
Guy 2 “NO”
Guy 1 “NOW?”
Guy 2 “NO”
Guy 1 “NOW?”
Guy 2 “NO”
Guy 1 “NOW?”
Guy 2 “NO”

Gapingvoid talks about web 8.0…Don’t know if you remember, but google web 9.0, and Busto is number one…It seems the plot is thickening…We might as well just close the shop..’cause we’re gonna be rich any day now. (Don’t know how, but that’s the beauty of web 9.0…you don’t have to. Send us a check with five figures and you’re in on the action…)

Jonathan from Rocketgallery made a comment on this post, about this picture.

And for your eyes only, here it is again…
“At Louisiana that pairing of the massive Sam Francis painting with the Poul Kjaerholm chairs has got to be one of the best art with design combinations to be found in a European institution. Louisiana were years ahead of most institutions in working with both artists AND designers. The Kjaerholm retrospective curated by Michael Sheridan was just voted the best show of the year in the New York art magazine, Artforum - and the vote came from an ART curator! Here’s to more crossovers of design with art. For my own current effort in this direction look at ‘Danish by Design’ on www.rocketgallery.com ”
I love it when people know stuff like this…If you ever attend a cocktailparty, this is the stuff you want to say to the ladies…This is the stuff that puts the tail on the cock (Tacky…I know)….Not the…”Hey…what’s eehhh…what is up…sorry…what’s up…I’m so stupid…” Good stuff Jonathan…
From the looks of it Christian has decided to ditch the degree from Oxford in order to start a rickshaw company…If it wasn’t for Christian this would be the weirdest career-move ever… Maybe he realised that every time you read an interview with someone rich, they all begin ” Yeahh…so I dropped out of university…and then I set up something called Google in my fathers garage…”
