“I went a bit crazy with the lights this year…”

I like all the lights in the trees during christmas…this is a tree in my parents neighbours garden. Nice and quiet.

But nooo..a few strees away they decided to turn their garden into Disneyland on acid…

And it’s not like it’s a company or anything. This is just an ordinary house on a ordinary street. We stood there watching for about 10 minutes, and in that time the crowds of people walking by made the great migration look like a walk around the block.

My sources tell my that it’s not like they did it over a period of time ( “Just the last light to make it perfect…”). No. They actually made a “Berlin wall move” One day there’s nothing, and the next everything is illuminated. (copyright Jonathan safran Foer)…
